Removal from the Register (database)

39. The European Professional Biologist Registration Committee will automatically remove from the Register (database) any person who:

39.1 has ceased to be a full Member of his/her national biological association

39.2 has not paid the correct fees for the European Professional Biologist title

39.3 has been adjudged by the relevant national biological association to be guilty of professional misconduct.
